Absolutely ridiculous....good find!
I hope Child Protection services noticed this photo.
There's really nothing CPS can do even if they did see this picture. However, it does kill me to pregnant people smoking...it's like you trying to give your kid lung cancer before s/he even gets a chance to experience a healthy world. I can only imagine the smoke these poor kids will be around once they're born.
When someone doesn't know what they're talking about, they really don't know.
